Welcome! I'm Anna Consoli, the founder of Gradual Evolution, a leadership development coaching organization dedicated to helping professionals navigate important career changes.
 
With a background in education, psychology, and health research, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and expertise to my coaching practice. My journey as a professional coach began with extensive training and certification. I received my coaching education from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), where I honed my skills and gained valuable insights into the art of coaching. As an ICF ACC coach (International Coach Federation, Associate Certified Coach), I am committed to upholding the highest standards of professional coaching.
In my quest for continuous growth and development,
I completed the renowned Breakthrough Coaching Program by Marcia Reynolds. This program deeply resonated with me, as it emphasizes coaching the person rather than solely focusing on the problem. By challenging my clients' thinking and beliefs, I strive to facilitate long-lasting change and transformation.
 
My coaching approach combines my passion for understanding human behavior and adult learning. I have carved out a niche in the market, serving professionals who are committed to making significant career changes. My clients and prospects have a clear understanding of coaching and the commitment required to achieve results. They intentionally choose to work with a certified coach who can partner with them professionally, helping them unlock their true potential and work towards their goals.

But how did it all begin for me? In my twenties I found myself working as an administrative position in a local community, a job that didn't align with my career aspirations. While it provided convenience and comfort, I knew deep down that it wasn't the life I wanted to lead. The frustration grew over the years, impacting both my personal and relational life. Determined to make a change,
I made the brave decision to go back to school and pursue a master's degree in foreign languages, which eventually led me to a new career in a new country.
 
This journey wasn't without its challenges, but it allowed me to explore my interests, motivators, and talents. I began to align my career pathway with who
I truly was, fueled by strong intention and tireless engagement. The pursuit of education became a cornerstone of my growth, propelling me forward with positive energy and the ambition to create a new future.
However, even with my newfound direction, I faced obstacles, barriers, and a lack of support. Disheartened and disarmed, I momentarily gave in to the feeling of failure and accepted a job that was offered to me, despite lacking the qualifications. I stayed in this role for nearly four years, achieving great results and working with an incredible team, but the lack of progression left me feeling stuck and unfulfilled.
 
In that moment of frustration and sadness, I made a pivotal decision to seek help. I embarked on a quest to understand myself better, embracing vulnerability and learning to honor both my fragilities and strengths. This process taught me how to master my emotions and regain control over my life and career choices.
 
It was during this conscious search for a more aligned career that I stumbled upon coaching. Instantly captivated by its transformative power and ability to bring about sustainable change, I delved deeper into the world of coaching. I participated in workshops, devoured books, and dedicated myself to becoming a certified coach.
 
Today, as a leadership development coach, I bring all of my experiences, knowledge, and passion to help professionals like you navigate their own career journeys. Through engaging conversations and thought-provoking coaching sessions, I empower individuals to tap into their potential, challenge their beliefs, and take tangible actions towards their goals.
 
I am thrilled to be on this journey with you, and I look forward to partnering with you as we embark on a transformative coaching experience together.
