Embracing the Power of Core Values: A Journey of Personal Growth

In late February 2020, I embarked on a transformative path by enrolling in IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) to become a coach, leaving behind my role as a research coordinator. This decision wasn't taken lightly. Prior to that momentous step, I dedicated countless hours pondering what truly mattered to me. Through moments of uncertainty, vulnerability, and excitement, I delved into my core values—those fundamental ideals that shape who I am and define what is personally meaningful to me, guiding my journey towards a more authentic life.
